¿Cual es el mes de la revisión?¿Que euribor me afecta a la revisión?
Hay que ver en la escritura cuál es la fecha y la periocidad de revisión del tipo de interés variable. Si no viene explícita, ver la fecha de firma.

Hay que ver sin en las condiciones de la revisión sea al mes anterior a la fecha de revisión o x meses antes. Normalmente es al mes anterior.

El euribor se considera difundido oficialmente el día de su publicación en el BOE, aunque haya sido divulgado en páginas WEBS o en los periódicos con anterioridad. Se suele publicar alrededor del día 20 del siguiente mes.

Si además está muy picado, averigüe si
su contrincante tiene otros nombres de dominio parecidos al que quiere
disputarle y que no utilice, y acúselos entonces de
inscripción abusiva de nombres de dominio, una mala
práctica conocida internacionalmente como reverse domain hijacking. Vamos, pero esto es una exquisitez, pues lo anterior basta.

get the card out, open the slot's door and put your fingernail or
thumbnail against the slot, perpendicular to the card. Press your nail
down onto the card, and you should feel a ridge that makes it easier to
pull the card out. Pull the card towards you with your nail, and it
should come out very easily.

Cuidado con lo que come. La diarrea es la enfermedad más frecuente en los

What is Different

Thoughts: Media Converter 1.42 update

After some feedback from folks and good tips, I updated the resolution settings for media converter just a little bit.

640x384 resolution is now set to 13 fps. It's a bit low, I know, but it doesn't drop frames. If you want to, just edit the resolutions txt and change the rate to 14 or 15.

I added a new resolution of 480x288. It's splendid looking and runs at 18 fps without frame drops. Thus, it's a very nice balance between good looking video and smooth playback.

With this particular auction I felt a little concerned about the funds and have heard about possible chargebacks after items were sent, so I called Paypal to verify my security on this situation. I talked with a representative about the situation and they assured me that once the money was cleared into my account that the buyer couldn't charge back the purchase.

I called in twice and asked the same questions but the second time I was in more detail with the questions. This time I was put through to someone higher up that assured that the money was safe in my account and could not be removed. They failed to tell me that they would just put my account at a negative balance and I would have to be the one to take the money out of bank account.

Then I received an invoice from the Liverpool Royal Mail post office saying that the package was ready to be shipped and that now I had to make the payment so that it can be shipped. That tends to overshadow the innovative software ideas Surface appears to introduce: visualized controls that enable users to toss pictures toward a phone to copy them, or a Dock like interface that launches cocktails rather than Mac applications. rapport. This is definitely one of the best social skill tips I have
ever learned about. Unfortunately I’ve forgotten a bit about it
lately. Maybe you have too. Or missed it altogether. So I thought

Now, what is assuming rapport?

Basically,
instead of going into a conversation or meeting nervously and thinking
“how will this go?” you take different approach. You assume
that you and the person(s) will establish a good connection (rapport).

But sometimes I wish that I had known some of things I have learned over the last few years a bit earlier. That perhaps there had been a self-improvement class in school. And in some ways there probably was.
1. The 80/20 rule.

2. Parkinson’s Law.

You can do things quicker than you think.

3. Batching.

Boring
or routine tasks can create a lot of procrastination and low-level
anxiety. One good way to get these things done quickly is to batch
them. This means that you do them all in row.
4. First, give value (to others). Then, get value. Not the other way around.

5. Be proactive. Not reactive.

This one ties into the last point. If everyone is reactive then very little will get done.

6. Mistakes and failures are good.

When
you are young you just try things and fail until you learn. As you grow
a bit older, you learn from - for example - school to not make
mistakes. And you try less and less things. This may cause you
to stop being proactive and to fall into a habit of being reactive, of
waiting for someone else to do something.

7. Don’t beat yourself up.

Why
do people give up after just few mistakes or failures? Well, I think
one big reason is because they beat themselves up way too much. But
it’s a kinda pointless habit. It only creates additional and
unnecessary pain inside you and wastes your precious time.

8. Assume rapport.

Meeting
new people is fun. But it can also induce nervousness. We all want to
make a good first impression and not get stuck in an awkward
conversation.

The
best way to do this that I have found so far is to assume rapport. This
means that you simply pretend that you are meeting one of your best
friends. Then you start the interaction in that frame of mind instead
of the nervous one.

9. Use your reticular activation system to your advantage.

What
this focus system, this R.A.S, in your mind does is to allow you to see
in your surroundings what you focus your thoughts on. It pretty much
always helps you to find what you are looking for.

So you really need to focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want. And keep that focus steady.

Setting goals and
reviewing them frequently is one way to keep your focus on what’s
important and to help you take action that will move your closer to
toward where you want to go.

10. Your attitude changes your reality.

When you change you attitude you change what you focus on. And all things in your world can now be seen in a different light.

11. Gratitude is a simple way to make yourself feel happy.

Sure,
I was probably told that I should be grateful. Perhaps because it was
the right thing to do or just something I should do. But if someone had
said that feeling grateful about things for minute or two is a great
way to turn a negative mood into a happy one I would probably have
practised gratitude more.

12. Don’t compare yourself to others.
A more useful way is
to compare yourself to yourself. To look at how far you have come, what
you have accomplished and how you have grown. It may not sound like
that much fun but in the long run it brings a lot more inner stillness,
personal power and positive feelings.

13. 80-90% of what you fear will happen never really come into reality.

This
is a big one. Most things you fear will happen never happen. They are
just monsters in your own mind. And if they happen then they will most
often not be as painful or bad as you expected. Worrying is most often
just a waste of time.

14. Don’t take things too seriously.

15. Write everything down.

If
your memory is anything like mine then it’s like a leaking
bucket. Many of your good or great ideas may be lost forever if you
don’t make a habit of writing things down. This is also a good
way to keep your focus on what you want.

16. There are opportunities in just about every experience.

Different student teams in my class adopted different approaches to
the problem, using both published algorithms and novel ideas. Of these,
the results from two of the teams illustrate a broader point. Team A
came up with a very sophisticated algorithm using the Netflix data.
Team B used a very simple algorithm, but they added in additional data
beyond the Netflix set: information about movie genres from the Internet Movie Database (IMDB). Guess which team did better?

Team B got much better results, close to the best results on the
Netflix leaderboard!! I'm really happy for them, and they're going to
tune their algorithm and take a crack at the grand prize. But the
bigger point is, adding more, independent data usually beats out
designing ever-better algorithms to analyze an existing data set. I'm
often suprised that many people in the business, and even in academia,
don't realize this.

remembering a place that you know well, such as your home, and imagining walking
through it, looking at things.

1. Imagine that you arrive at the door of your home. On the door is the
   letter 'A', and you are greeted by someone who lives there. This helps you to
   remember the article 'A' or the determiner(s); e.g. my Mother's.
2. Imagine that you are happy to see each other. This helps you
   to remember the opinion adjective.
3. Imagine the size of your home: is it big, small, or long?
   This helps you to remember the size adjectives.
4. Imagine that you go into your home and you see an object. Remember the
   shape of the object.
5. Now imagine that you walk around your home; e.g. towards your room. Think
   of another object further from the door. Think of the age of
   that object; e.g. new or old.
6. Move on to another object, this time a colourful one. Remember what
   colour it is.
7. Move on to another object. This object should remind you of a foreign
   place; e.g. a picture of somewhere in China, or a souvenir from a holiday
   abroad. This is to help you remember nationality.
8. Next imagine moving to another object, this time a religious
   one. Maybe you have a place for worshipping your ancestors, or a statue of
   Buddha.
9. Next move to another object. This should be special because it is made of
   one material; e.g. a crystal ornament or a wooden statue.
10. Finally move to a place where there is an object that is described with 2
    words, and the first is a noun; e.g. a book shelf. Imagine that this is
    the end of your journey around your flat.
